Aryna Sabalenka
Sabalenka is from Belarus and was born in Minsk. Her father Sergey (d. in 2019) was an Ice hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka was born in Minsk, Belarus on May 5 1998. She holds 12 WTA titles to her name in her career, including winning the Grand Slam of 2023 Australian Open. Also, she is a great doubles player. She has won two Majors to her name in this category, the US Open 2019 and the Australian Open 2021 won both alongside Elisemertens. With her fellow Belgian tennis star, she also took home an award called the WTA 1000 in Indian Wells and Miami in 2019, thus completing it the Sunshine Double. Just four couples managed to make it happen in women's doubles. Her ranking went from second to third in world singles ranking on the 23rd of August in 2021. The highest ranking she achieved was also achieved in the month of the month of January in 2023. She rose into the top spot of singles rankings the next year after winning at Melbourne. That made her the second Belarusian tennis player be successful in tennis. She was coached by the former Russian tennis champion Dmitry Tursunov from 2018 until at the end of 2019 season, and then again from the beginning of 2020. Dieter Kindlmann was the coach she worked with from the month of August till September 2020. At the time of her retirement, she's been coaching by her countryman Antonio Dubrov.
